Also, we will share some information on how to acquire financial assistance. Brainfood Academy is a fully integrated online private school. With grades K-12 housed in our academy, your child will have the ability to learn any subject from some of the most amazing teachers. We have teachers from literally around the world.
Starting with a new school can be a bit daunting. We have constructed your guide to learning with Brainfood Academy. These guidelines are for all students, even students who do not reside within the United States. Brainfood Academy is easy to access if you follow these guidelines.

I know that this may seem to be a lot of information. But we now have the guidelines in place for Brainfood Academy. We hope this information makes selecting our Academy an easy process.
This link allows you to view the U.S. Department of Education site. Then, you can select your state. Here you will see what criteria you need for your child to attend school, whether it is public or private.
Also, this link allows you to review laws and regulations around education. Furthermore, This will answer many of your questions concerning registration and requirements. You will also have access to loans and grants for your state. if you have questions about registration or requirements for your student starting in school, this link allows you to see exactly what you need to start.
However, remember here at Brainfood Academy, we are a private institution, and our guidelines are not as strict. Also, if you do decide to leave our Academy at any time, you will leave with all the requirements you need to attend any public school in the US.
Vaccines and Immunization for Schools: Your Guide To Learning with Brainfood Academy
In all public school facilities, it is a requirement to have updated vaccination and immunization records. As a result, most private schools also adhere to this practice. Although, being an online facility, it is not necessary. However, we are a private school with the option for our students to come and go at will. Consequently, any student who leaves our Academy has to show updated vaccination and immunization records.
In most cases, states do have some exemptions to this legislation. This link will help you discover if you can be exempt from this process due to religion, special circumstances, and other conditions. All are listed here at this site.
Is Kindergarten Required: Your Brainfood Academy Guidelines:
According to government regulations, kindergarten is not a required class. However, each state has the option to make its own regulations. But, due to education reform, working parents, and other financial situations, it is imperative that every state offers a kindergarten class within each school district.
That is to say, all public school systems must offer kindergarten, but they do not require children to attend. Compulsory attendance applies to children between the ages of seven and sixteen and also children between the ages of 5 and 6 as long as they are enrolled in public school.

Since regulation allows individual states to set the school structure, some states opted to make Kindergarten a mandatory requirement for graduation and academic completion. Below is a list of states that require Kindergarten. All other states, if you choose not to send your child to Kindergarten, require testing of academic status before enrolling in First grade.

How to Get Started:
Open up a free parent account. With all of our programs here at Brainfood Academy, you need an account to access the information. Let’s get you started with a free parent account. Once your parent account is ready, you can then set up your student account and enroll your student for classes. At that time, your tuition will begin.
